Social Networking
The recent explosion of social networking services like Facebook and Twitter and the tools that allow visitors to comment and share websites they like are all good news for website owners.
However, integrating these tools into your website can often be a tricky procedure - which is why QL Studio have added a new module to Web Editor - called Social.
Social Tools
This module currently has four main features:
- Send any page to your Facebook Wall - with photos and a link back to your website
- Tweet your pages to your Twitter account - with a link to that page
- Add a user comments option to any page in your website
- Share this page gadget to allow your website visitors to spread your website content to their friends.
Adding this module your website
Clients can already begin to set-up how this modules will work in their websites - simply login and visit the Modules > Social section.
However, to activate this modules in your website you need to pay a one-off subscription fee - this is an extra fee from any hosting or domain registration costs - but will only be charged once - see below for costs.
This modules is built to plug-in to any Web Editor site - we might need to make a small change to some files - but it should not take longer than a day to become active.
