The Quinta Linda Terms and Conditions cover all general aspects of goods and services purchased either via out website quintalinda.com or by any other means.

To purchase goods from Quinta Linda through this online shop, you need to complete and submit the order form. Your order is an offer to buy the goods on these terms and conditions of sale. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and your order details.

Our email is our acceptance of your offer to buy the goods. PayPal or Google Checkout  will process your payment on our behalf.

The supply of goods from the online shop is subject to availability. Whilst we always try to inform you if any goods are unavailable before you place and order, we cannot always do this. If this happens you will be informed by email and you will either not be charged or be refunded for any unfulfilled items.

Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

Problems Fulfilling Your Order

If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you to give you the choice of cancelling your order, ammending it, or waiting for the items you ordered to come into stock as appropriate.

Quinta Linda shall not be liable if we are unable to carry out our obligations (including any delays) due to any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Your Rights

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and claim a full refund at any time after you place your order and up to seven working days after you receive the goods or begin to use a service.

If you wish to do this please contact us in writing. You may use fax or email. We will make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
