Web-Based Code Editor
The QL Studio crew have been busily working on a new web-application that will form a key part of the move towards a fully online system - this web-based code editor integrates into Web Editor allowing code templates to be built and modified directly on the server.
If you'd like to test this application out online, visit the demo site here:
The application is currently in early beta testing, and still has a small number of known faults, however, these are slowly being fixed up and the source code is now available for download from sourceforge.
DHSOTM
In August 2009 ecoder won the prestigious DreamHost Site of the Month Content.
Worldwide
ecoder has gone global - the program has done the rounds on twitter and such, and thanks to the promotional platform offered by sourceforge, hundreds of people have now downloaded and are using ecoder to write and edit code directly on their servers.
Here are a few of the recent reports - english - italian - portuguese - korean - arabic - french

Other Options
Mozilla are also working on a web-based code editor called Bespin, which was launched around the same time as ecoder.
This application offers a wealth of great features, and of course benefits from the support of the huge open-source community behind Mozilla.
